Single W Production at LEP2
R. Tanaka (ALEPH collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper investigates single W and gamma production at LEP, focusing on their sensitivity to anomalous gauge couplings and setting limits on W's invisible decay width, providing insights into electroweak interactions.
Contribution
It presents the first detailed study of single W production sensitivity to anomalous magnetic moments and sets new limits on W's invisible decay at LEP2.
Findings
Single W production is sensitive to the anomalous magnetic moment Kgamma.
A limit of 27 MeV on the invisible decay width of W was established.
Complementary insights to other collider measurements were obtained.
Abstract
Single W and single gamma productions which are sensitive to the trilinear gauge coupling WWgamma have been studied at LEP. It isshown that single W production has particular sensitivity to the "anomalous" magnetic moment Kgamma of the W boson, complementary to WW production at LEP and Wgamma production at hadron colliders. The invisible decay of W boson has been searched and the limit on the invisible decay width of 27 MeV at 95% C.L. has been obtained.
