Observation of High Momentum $\eta'$ Production in B Decay
T. E. Browder, et al. (CLEO Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports the first observation of high-momentum $'$ mesons produced in B decays, suggesting a possible $b o s g^*$ transition mechanism, with measured branching fraction around 6.2 x 10^{-4}.
Contribution
It provides the first measurement of high-momentum $'$ production in B decays and discusses its potential origin from $b o s g^*$ transitions.
Findings
Observation of 39 B decay events with high-momentum $'$
Measured branching fraction of about 6.2 x 10^{-4}
Supports the hypothesis of $b o s g^*$ transition involvement
Abstract
We report the first observation of transitions with high momentum mesons. We observe B decay events with GeV/c, the high momentum region where background from processes is suppressed. We discuss the physical interpretation of the signal, including the possibility that it is due to transitions. Given that interpretation, we find for GeV/c.
