Jet Production at HERA
Claudia Glasman (representing the H1, ZEUS Collaborations)

TL;DR
This paper investigates the photon structure and jet production at HERA through measurements of jet cross sections, internal jet structure, and the effective parton distribution in the photon, providing insights into photoproduction processes.
Contribution
It presents new measurements of inclusive and dijet cross sections, as well as the internal structure of jets, advancing understanding of photon-induced interactions at HERA.
Findings
Measured inclusive jet differential cross sections in photoproduction.
Analyzed the internal structure of jets as a function of transverse energy and pseudorapidity.
Determined dijet cross sections as functions of dijet mass and scattering angle.
Abstract
Studies on the structure of the photon are presented by means of the extraction of a leading order effective parton distribution in the photon and measurements of inclusive jet differential cross sections in photoproduction. Measurements of the internal structure of jets have been performed and are also presented as a function of the transverse energy and pseudorapidity of the jets. Dijet cross sections have been measured as a function of the dijet mass and centre-of-mass scattering angle.
