Search for Color-Suppressed $B$ Hadronic Decay Processes with CLEO
CLEO Collaboration, B. Nemati et al

TL;DR
This study searched for specific color-suppressed B meson decay processes using CLEO data but found no significant signals, setting upper limits on their occurrence rates.
Contribution
First search for these particular color-suppressed B decay modes with CLEO, establishing upper limits on their branching fractions.
Findings
No significant signals observed for the decay modes.
Upper limits set on branching fractions, ranging from 1.2×10⁻⁴ to 1.9×10⁻³.
Provides constraints for theoretical models of B decays.
Abstract
Using 3.1 fb of data accumulated at the (4S) by the CLEO-II detector, corresponding to 3.3 million pairs, we have searched for the color-suppressed hadronic decay processes: , where is a light neutral meson , , , or . No obvious signal is observed. We set 90 % C.L. upper limits on these modes, varying from for to for .
