Measurement of alpha / phi_2 from B to pi pi decays
A. J. Bevan

TL;DR
This paper summarizes measurements of B to pi pi decays and uses SU(2) symmetry to constrain the Unitarity Triangle angle alpha (phi_2), providing predictions for future isospin analysis constraints at B-factories.
Contribution
It offers a comprehensive summary of current experimental results and predicts future constraints on alpha using isospin analysis at B-factories.

Summary of B to pi pi decay results
Abstract
The current results on B to pipi decays and SU2 constraints on the Unitarity Triangle angle alpha or phi_2 from the B-factories are summarised. Based on these measurements, predictions of the isospin analysis constraints at the end of the lifetime of both B-factories are given.
