TL;DR
This paper evaluates the potential luminosity and conversion efficiency of gamma-proton colliders based on LHC-CLIC or LHC-ILC schemes, enabling advanced QCD research at high energies.
Contribution
It provides detailed analysis of gamma-proton collider luminosity and laser requirements for high conversion efficiency in LHC-based schemes.
Findings
Luminosity estimates for ILC×LHC and CLIC×LHC gamma-proton colliders.
Laser property requirements for optimal conversion efficiency.
Potential to explore low x and high Q^2 regions in QCD.
Abstract
Gamma-proton collisions allow unprecedented investigations of the low x and high regions in quantum chromodynamics. In this paper, we investigate the luminosity for "ILC"LHC ( TeV) and "CLIC"LHC ( TeV) based colliders. Also we determine the laser properties required for high conversion efficiency.
