The Preliminary Result from ($K^0_s\pi^{\pm}$) Spectra in p+a Reaction at 10 Gev/C
P.Zh. Aslanyan, V.N.Emelyanenko

TL;DR
This study analyzes $K^0_s o ext{pion}$ spectra from p+A collisions at 10 GeV/c to identify scalar mesons, revealing resonant structures including a known $K^*$ resonance and potential signals of $ ext{kappa}(800)$.
Contribution
First analysis of $K^0_s o ext{pion}$ spectra in p+A reactions at 10 GeV/c showing resonant structures, including known and potential new scalar mesons.
Findings
Resonant peaks at 720, 780, and 890 MeV/$c^2$ in $K^0_s o ext{pion}$ spectra.
Identification of the 890 MeV/$c^2$ peak as the known $K^*$ resonance.
Observation of structures possibly indicating the $ ext{kappa}(800)$ meson.
Abstract
The experimental data from 2m propane bubble chamber have been analyzed to search of scalar meson (800) in spectra for the reaction p+A at 10 GeV/c. The invariant mass spectra has shown similarly resonant structures with =720,780 and 890 MeV/. The M(890) peak is identified as the well known resonance from PDG.
