Cabibbo-Allowed and Doubly Cabibbo Suppressed D -->K pi Decays
Steven Blusk (for the CLEO Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of branching fractions for D meson decays involving K^0 and pi, revealing asymmetries and compatibility in certain decay modes, and includes a recent measurement of a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay.
Contribution
First measurements of specific D meson decay branching fractions, including asymmetry analysis and a new measurement of a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay.
Findings
B(D^0--> K^0_S pi^0) ≠ B(D^0--> K^0_L pi^0)
B(D^+ --> K^0_S pi^+) ≈ B(D^+ --> K^0_L pi^+)
Measurement of B(D^+ --> K^+ pi^0)
Abstract
We present measurements of the branching fractions of the decays, D-->K^0_{S,L}pi. The measured asymmetry shows that B(D^0--> K^0_S pi^0) is not equal to B(D^0--> K^0_L pi^0), as expected. We also find that B(D^+ --> K^0_S pi^+) is statistically compatible with B(D^+ --> K^0_L pi^+). Lastly, we present a recent measurement of the branching fraction of the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay, D^+ --> K^+ pi^0.
