Top Mass Measurements at the Tevatron Run II
Gueorgui V. Velev

TL;DR
This paper reports the latest measurements of the top quark mass from the CDF and DØ experiments at Tevatron Run II, achieving improved precision in different decay channels and providing a preliminary combined value.
Contribution
It presents the most accurate top mass measurement from Run II and combines results from multiple decay channels for the first time.
Findings
Top mass measured as 173.5^{+3.7}_{-3.6} GeV/c^2 in lepton plus jets channel.
Preliminary combined top mass from Run II is 172.7 ± 3.5 GeV/c^2.
Measurement surpasses previous Run I average in accuracy.
Abstract
The latest top quark mass measurements by the CDF and D\O~ experiments are presented here. The mass has been determined in the dilepton ( + jets +) and lepton plus jets ( or + jets +) final states. The most accurate single result from lepton plus jets channel is 173.5(stat. + Jet Energy Scale Systematic)(syst.) ~GeV/c, which is better than the combined CDF and D\O~ Run~I average. A preliminary and unofficial average of the best experimental Run~II results gives = GeV/c.
