K. Abe, et al. (for the Belle Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports the observation of a new chi_{c2}' charmonium state near 3.93 GeV/c^2 in gamma gamma-->D Dbar production, providing evidence for a previously unobserved resonance in charmonium spectroscopy.
Contribution
First observation of the chi_{c2}' state in gamma gamma collisions, identifying a new charmonium resonance near 3.93 GeV/c^2.
Findings
Candidate chi_{c2}' observed near 3.93 GeV/c^2
Production rate and angular distribution consistent with chi_{c2}'
Provides evidence for a new charmonium state
Abstract
We report on a search for the production of new resonance states in the process gamma gamma-->D Dbar. A candidate C-even charmonium state is observed in the vicinity of 3.93 GeV/c^2. The production rate and the angular distribution in the gamma gamma center-of-mass frame suggest that this state is the previously unobserved chi_{c2}', the 2 ^3P_2 charmonium state.
