$D^0$--$\bar{D}{}^0$ hadronic mixing and DCS decays from FOCUS
Kevin Stenson (for the FOCUS Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper analyzes the decay of D0 mesons into K+pi- from FOCUS, measuring the branching ratio and setting limits on charm mixing, providing insights into charm quark behavior and potential new physics.
Contribution
It provides the first measurement of the D0 to K+pi- decay branching ratio and sets new limits on charm mixing parameters.
Findings
Branching ratio of D0 to K+pi- is approximately 0.43%.
Limits on charm mixing parameters are established.
Results are consistent with no mixing and no CP violation.
Abstract
We present an analysis of the decay from FOCUS. From a sample of 234 events we find a branching ratio of under the assumption of no mixing and no CP violation. We also present limits on charm mixing.
