Measurement of the Branching Fractions for Inclusive $B^-$ and $\bar B^0$ Decays to Flavor-tagged $D$, $D_s$ and $\Lambda_c$
B. Aubert, et al, BABAR collaboration

TL;DR
This paper measures the inclusive branching fractions of $B^-$ and ${ar B}^0$ mesons decaying into various charmed particles using a large data sample from the BABAR detector, providing detailed charm yield results.
Contribution
It provides the first precise measurements of the total charm yield per $B^-$ and ${ar B}^0$ decay, including systematic and branching-fraction uncertainties.
Findings
Total charm yield per $B^-$ decay: 1.313 ± 0.037 ± 0.062 ^{+0.063}_{-0.042}
Total charm yield per ${ar B}^0$ decay: 1.276 ± 0.062 ± 0.058 ^{+0.066}_{-0.046}
Measured inclusive branching fractions for multiple charmed particles in $B$ decays.
Abstract
We report on the inclusive branching fractions of and of mesons decaying to , , , , , , , , based on a sample of 88.9 million events recorded with the detector at the resonance. Events are selected by completely reconstructing one and searching for a reconstructed charmed particle in the rest of the event. We measure the number of charmed and of anti-charmed particles per decay and derive the total charm yield per decay, , and per decay, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third reflects the charm branching-fraction uncertainties.
