A Measurement of CP Violating Asymmetries in B0-->f0(980)K0s Decays
B. Aubert, et al, BABAR Collaboration

TL;DR
This paper reports preliminary measurements of CP-violating asymmetries in B0 decays to f0(980)K0s using data from the BaBar detector, providing insights into matter-antimatter differences.
Contribution
It presents the first measurement of CP asymmetries in B0→f0(980)K0s decays with a large data sample and detailed statistical analysis.
Findings
Measured CP violation parameters S and C with statistical and systematic uncertainties.
Indicated potential evidence of CP violation consistent with Standard Model expectations.
Provided data that can constrain theoretical models of CP violation in B meson decays.
Abstract
We present preliminary measurements of the CP-violating asymmetries in the decay . The results are obtained from a data sample of decays collected with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy Factory at SLAC. From a time-dependent maximum-likelihood fit we measure the mixing-induced CP violation parameter and the direct CP violation parameter , where the first errors are statistical and the second systematic.
