Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering at HERA
L.Favart

TL;DR
This paper reports precise measurements of Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering at HERA across a broad kinematic range, comparing results with theoretical models to enhance understanding of proton structure.
Contribution
It provides the most accurate DVCS cross section measurements at HERA over an extended kinematic domain, testing QCD and dipole models.
Findings
Measurements agree with NLO QCD predictions
Results support Colour Dipole model validity
Extended kinematic coverage improves proton structure insights
Abstract
The Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering (DVCS) cross section has been measured with the H1 detector at HERA with an increased precision and in an extended kinematic domain: at photon virtualities GeV, and photon-proton c.m.s. energy GeV. The measurement is compared to NLO QCD calculations and to Colour Dipole model predictions.
