B. Aubert, et al, BABAR Collaboration

TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of the decay rate and CP-violation asymmetries in B^0 to f_0(980)K^0_S decays, providing new data on these parameters using a large dataset of B meson decays.
Contribution
First measurement of branching fraction and CP asymmetries in B^0 to f_0(980)K^0_S decays with detailed analysis of mass, width, and CP violation parameters.
Findings
Branching fraction: (6.0 ± 0.9 ± 0.6 ± 1.2)×10^{-6}
CP violation parameters: S = -1.62^{+0.56}_{-0.51} ± 0.09 ± 0.04, C = 0.27 ± 0.36 ± 0.10 ± 0.07
f_0(980) mass and width measured as 980.6 MeV/c^2 and 43 MeV/c^2
Abstract
We present measurements of the branching fraction and CP-violating asymmetries in the decay . The results are obtained from a data sample of decays. From a time-dependent maximum likelihood fit we measure the branching fraction , the mixing-induced CP violation parameter and the direct CP violation parameter , where the first errors are statistical, the second systematic and the third due to model uncertainties. We measure the mass and width to be and , respectively.
