Branching fractions and direct CP violation in B -> PP(PV) decays
Marcella Bona (for the BABAR Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports on searches for B meson decays into charmless meson pairs, analyzing data from B-factory experiments to measure branching fractions and CP violation in PP and PV decay modes.
Contribution
It provides new experimental results on B meson decay modes into charmless mesons using data from BABAR, Belle, and CLEO, focusing on CP violation and decay rates.
Findings
Measured branching fractions for B -> PP and B -> PV decays.
Set limits on direct CP violation in these decay modes.
Compared results across different experiments and decay channels.
Abstract
I present the results of searches for B meson decays into two charmless mesons. I take into account final states made up of two pseudo-scalar (PP) or one pseudo-scalar and one vector (PV). The measurements use the data samples collected and analysed by the B-factory experiments at the resonance energy: BABAR, Belle and CLEO.
