Thorsten Wengler

TL;DR
This paper investigates di-jet production in photon-photon collisions at high energies, measuring differential cross sections and comparing them with QCD predictions to enhance understanding of jet structure in such processes.
Contribution
It provides new measurements of di-jet production cross sections in photon-photon collisions at LEP energies, testing QCD models against experimental data.
Findings
Measured differential cross sections for di-jet production.
Compared experimental data with QCD calculations.
Provided insights into jet structure in photon-photon interactions.
Abstract
Di-jet production is studied in collisions of quasi-real photons at e+e- centre-of-mass energies from 189 to 209 GeV at LEP. The data were collected with the OPAL detector. The structure of jets is investigated and differential cross sections are measured and compared to QCD calculations.
