Recent Results from GMSB SUSY Searches at D0
Tim Christiansen (for the D0 Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for GMSB SUSY signals in di-photon events at D0, setting limits on neutralino mass due to no observed deviation from the Standard Model.
Contribution
First search for GMSB SUSY in di-photon events at D0, establishing new lower mass limits on the neutralino in this context.
Findings
No deviation from Standard Model observed
Set a lower limit of 66 GeV on neutralino mass
Established 95% CL upper limit on GMSB SUSY cross-section
Abstract
Using approximately 41 pb^-1 of proton-antiproton collisions, recorded with the D0 detector during the TeVatron Run II, this document describes the search for minimal GMSB SUSY signal (with a neutralino as next-to-lightest supersymmetric particle) in di-photon + missing E_T events. Since no deviation from the Standard Model is observed, a 95% confidence level upper limit on the signal cross-section is calculated. This is translated into a lower limit on the neutralino mass, yielding m(chi_1^0) > 66 GeV in the context of the Snowmass GMSB model line.
