Studies of Inclusive Jet Production in ep Interactions at HERA
Monica Vazquez (on behalf of the ZEUS, H1 Collaborations)

TL;DR
This paper reports on measurements of inclusive jet production in various ep scattering processes at HERA, comparing results to QCD predictions to determine the strong coupling constant.
Contribution
It provides new experimental data on inclusive jet production in ep interactions and tests QCD calculations across different scattering regimes.
Findings
Measurements agree with NLO QCD predictions
Determined the strong coupling constant from jet data
Extended understanding of jet production in ep collisions
Abstract
Inclusive jet production in neutral and charged current deep inelastic scattering, in photoproduction and the transition region has been studied with the ZEUS and H1 detectors at HERA. The measurements have been compared to next-to-leading-order QCD calculations which are used to make determinations of the strong coupling constant.
