TL;DR
This paper reviews how Final State Interactions, Colour Reconnection, and Bose-Einstein Correlations affect particle behavior at small momenta and discusses their impact on W-mass measurements at LEP.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive review of LEP results on BEC, FSI, and CR effects and their influence on W-mass systematics in electron-positron collisions.
Findings
LEP results show significant BEC effects at Z-peak.
Bose-Einstein correlations impact W-mass measurements.
CR and FSI effects influence particle correlations at small momenta.
Abstract
The effects of Final State Interactions(FSI), Colour Reconnection(CR) and Bose--Einstein Correlations(BEC) at small relative momenta of particles are discussed. The short review of the LEP results on BEC at Z-peak, on BEC between particles from different Ws in events, and the W-mass systematics due to BEC is given
