Kai-Peer O. Diener, Christian Schwanenberger, Michael Spira

TL;DR
This paper presents a reweighting method to incorporate QCD corrections into Monte Carlo simulations for W boson photoproduction at HERA, providing detailed tables for LO and NLO predictions across kinematic bins.
Contribution
It introduces a novel reweighting approach to efficiently include QCD corrections in Monte Carlo programs for W boson production at HERA.
Findings
Provides tables for W boson production at LO and NLO
Demonstrates the effectiveness of reweighting for QCD corrections
Enhances accuracy of Monte Carlo simulations in W boson photoproduction
Abstract
A procedure of implementing QCD corrections in Monte Carlo programs by a reweighting method is described for the photoproduction of W bosons at HERA. Tables for W boson production in LO and NLO are given in bins of the transverse momentum of the W boson and its rapidity.
