Bd mixing measurements with the BABAR detector
C. Voena (for the BABAR Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports precise measurements of the $B^0ar{B^0}$ oscillation frequency $\Delta m_d$ using various decay channels with the BaBar detector, improving understanding of B meson mixing.
Contribution
It presents a new simultaneous measurement of $\Delta m_d$ and $ au_{B^0}$ using exclusive $B^0 o D^{*-}l^+ u_l$ decays, along with reviews of other decay-based measurements.
Findings
Measured $\Delta m_d$ as 0.500 ± 0.008 ± 0.006 ps^{-1}
Combined results from multiple decay channels
Enhanced precision in B meson mixing parameters
Abstract
The oscillation frequency has been measured with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II asymmetric factory with different experimental techniques. The discussion here is focused on the recent simultaneous measurement of and with exclusively reconstructed decays, based on 23 million pairs collected by BaBar. The measurements of with fully reconstructed hadronic decays and with dilepton events are also reviewed. The average BaBar result is .
