TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of CP-violating parameters in B meson decays to eta' K, providing experimental values that test the Standard Model's predictions of CP violation in these processes.
Contribution
First measurement of CP-violating parameters in B to eta' K decays using Belle detector data, with detailed analysis of asymmetries and decay distributions.
Findings
Measured CP asymmetry parameters with large uncertainties.
Found no significant deviation from Standard Model predictions.
Provided constraints on CP violation in B meson decays.
Abstract
We present measurements of CP-violating parameters in and decays based on a 41.8 fb data sample collected at the resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. We fully reconstruct one neutral meson as a CP eigenstate and identify the flavor of the accompanying from its decay products. From the distribution of time intervals between pairs of meson decay points, we obtain the CP-violating asymmetry parameters , and . We also reconstruct charged decays and determine a direct-CP violating asymmetry value of ${\mathcal…
