Measurement of the B0 Lifetime with Partial Reconstruction of B0bar -> D*+ rho-
The BABAR Collaboration, B. Aubert, et al

TL;DR
This paper measures the B0 meson lifetime using partial reconstruction techniques on specific decay channels, providing a validation method for future CP violation measurements in B mesons.
Contribution
It introduces a partial reconstruction method to measure B0 lifetime with a new dataset, aiding future CP violation studies.
Findings
B0 lifetime measured as 1.616 ps
Sample of 5500 D*+ rho- events identified
Validation of partial reconstruction for CP measurements
Abstract
A sample of about 5500 and 700 events is identified, using the technique of partial reconstruction, among 22.7 pairs collected by the BaBar experiment at the PEP-II storage ring. With these events, the lifetime is measured to be ps. This measurement serves as validation for the procedures required to measure with partial reconstruction of .
