Prompt Photons and DVCS at HERA
J. C. Hart (Rutherford Appleton Laboratory), for ZEUS Collaboration, and H1 Collaboration

TL;DR
This paper reports on recent measurements of prompt photons and deeply virtual Compton scattering at HERA, providing new insights into proton structure and parton dynamics through experimental data from ZEUS and H1 collaborations.
Contribution
It presents the first measurement of the DVCS cross section at HERA and a new determination of the effective transverse parton momentum in the proton.
Findings
New determination of transverse parton momentum
First DVCS cross section measurement at HERA
Observation of prompt-photon events in ZEUS
Abstract
A recent analysis of prompt-photon events in ZEUS has led to a new determination of the effective transverse parton momentum in the proton. The observation of deeply virtual Compton scattering by ZEUS and H1, including a first measurement of the DVCS cross section at HERA by H1, is also reported.
