T. Affolder, et al. (the CDF Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of double diffraction dissociation in proton-antiproton collisions at Fermilab Tevatron, providing cross sections at different energies and comparing results with theoretical models and previous data.
Contribution
First measurement of double diffraction dissociation cross sections at Tevatron energies with detailed comparison to theoretical predictions.
Findings
Measured cross section at 1800 GeV: 4.43 mb
Measured cross section at 630 GeV: 3.42 mb
Results agree with Regge theory and previous experiments
Abstract
We present results from a measurement of double diffraction dissociation in collisions at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The production cross section for events with a central pseudorapidity gap of width (overlapping ) is found to be [] at [630] GeV. Our results are compared with previous measurements and with predictions based on Regge theory and factorization.
