The SELEX collaboration, A. Kushnirenko, et al

TL;DR
This paper presents precise measurements of the lifetimes of Lambda_c+ and D0 particles using data from the SELEX experiment, providing updated values with improved accuracy.
Contribution
The study offers new high-precision lifetime measurements of Lambda_c+ and D0, enhancing the understanding of charm hadron decay properties.
Findings
Lambda_c+ lifetime = 198.1 ± 7.0 ± 5.6 fs
D0 lifetime = 407.9 ± 6.0 ± 4.3 fs
Improved precision over previous measurements
Abstract
We report new precision measurements of the lifetimes of the Lambda_c+ and D0 from SELEX, the charm hadro-production experiment at Fermilab. Based upon 1630 Lambda_c+ and 10210 D0 decays we observe lifetimes of tau[Lambda_c+] = 198.1 +- 7.0 +- 5.6 fs and tau[D0] = 407.9 +- 6.0 +- 4.3 fs
