Relativistic fluctuating hydrodynamics
Esteban Calzetta (IAFE, Physics Department, University of Buenos, Aires)

TL;DR
This paper develops a relativistically consistent formulation of fluctuating hydrodynamics, extending classical theories to relativistic regimes and recovering Landau-Lifshitz theory as a special case.
Contribution
It introduces a new divergence type theory for relativistic fluctuating hydrodynamics, bridging non-relativistic and relativistic frameworks.
Findings
Derived relativistic fluctuating hydrodynamics equations
Recovered Landau-Lifshitz theory as a limiting case
Established a consistent theoretical foundation for relativistic fluctuations
Abstract
We derive the formulae of fluctuating hydrodynamics appropiate to a relativistically consistent divergence type theory, obtaining Landau - Lifshitz fluctuating hydrodynamics as a limiting case.
