TL;DR
This paper explores spherically symmetric solutions in a four-dimensional Poincaré gauge gravity theory with non-trivial torsion, extending known models and analyzing perturbations around flat spacetime.
Contribution
It classifies spherically symmetric solutions in a novel four-dimensional Poincaré gravity model with topological action and examines perturbative excitations.
Findings
Classification of spherically symmetric solutions
Analysis of perturbative excitations around flat spacetime
Extension of two-dimensional gravity models to four dimensions
Abstract
We study a four-dimensional gauge theory of the Poincar\'e group with topological action which generalizes some well-known two-dimensional gravity models. We classify the spherically symmetric solutions and discuss the perturbative propagation of excitations around flat spacetime.
