The Analysis of Initial Conditions for the LTB Model
Alexander Gromov (St-Petersburg State Thechnical University, Russia)

TL;DR
This paper formulates the Cauchy problem for the LTB model, presents rules for determining its functions, analyzes an exact nonhomogeneous example, and discusses its relation to the FRW model.
Contribution
It introduces a systematic approach to solving the LTB model's initial conditions and provides an explicit example of a nonhomogeneous solution.
Findings
Formulation of the Cauchy problem in the LTB model
Rules for calculating the undetermined functions
Limit transformation to the FRW model
Abstract
The Caushy problem in the LTB model is formulated. The rules of calculating three undetermined functions which defined a solution in the LTB model are presented. One example of exact nonhomogeneous model is studied. The limit transformation to the FRW model is shown.
