Thin Shell Wormhole in Heterotic String Theory
F.Rahaman, M.Kalam, S.Chakraborti

TL;DR
This paper constructs a thin shell wormhole within heterotic string theory using the 'Cut and Paste' method, analyzing its surface stresses and stability to contribute to theoretical models of wormholes in string frameworks.
Contribution
It introduces a novel thin shell wormhole model in heterotic string theory and assesses its stability using Darmois-Israel formalism.
Findings
Surface stresses are localized in the shell.
The wormhole's linearized stability is analyzed.
The model advances theoretical understanding of string-based wormholes.
Abstract
Using 'Cut and Paste' technique, we develop a thin shell wormhole in heterotic string theory. We determine the surface stresses, which are localized in the shell, by using Darmois-Israel formalism. The linearized stability of this thin wormhole is also analyzed.
