An Extensive Search for Overtones in Schwarzschild Black Holes
E. Abdalla, D. Giugno

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that standard numerical methods can precisely identify overtones in Schwarzschild black holes' quasinormal modes, including secondary modes, through detailed comparisons and analysis.
Contribution
It introduces a highly precise numerical approach to detect overtones in Schwarzschild black holes, including secondary modes, with comprehensive comparison and analysis.
Findings
Successful extraction of secondary overtones using numerical integration
High-precision results for quasinormal modes
Detailed comparison of different methods
Abstract
In this paper we show that with standard methods it is possible to obtain highly precise results for QNMs. In particular, secondary modes are obtained by numerical integration. We compare several results making a detailed analysis.
