The quantum black hole in 2+1 dimensions
B. Ram, J. Shirley

TL;DR
This paper explores the quantum properties of a 2+1 dimensional black hole, extending previous methods used for 3+1 dimensions to understand its quantum nature.
Contribution
It applies a known quantum analysis method to lower-dimensional black holes, revealing their quantum characteristics.
Findings
Demonstrates quantum features of 2+1D black holes
Extends 3+1D quantum black hole methods to 2+1D
Provides insights into lower-dimensional quantum gravity
Abstract
In this paper we investigate the quantum nature of a 2+1 dimensional black hole using the method [arXiv: gr-qc/0504030] which earlier revealed the quantum nature of a black hole in 3+1 dimensions.
