Spin precession in the Schwarzschild spacetime: circular orbits
Donato Bini, Fernando de Felice, Andrea Geralico, Robert T. Jantzen

TL;DR
This paper investigates the precession behavior of spinning test particles on circular orbits in Schwarzschild spacetime, allowing for variable spin tensor components, thus extending previous models.
Contribution
It generalizes prior work by considering variable spin tensor components along circular orbits in Schwarzschild spacetime.
Findings
Derived equations describing spin precession with variable spin components.
Identified conditions for stable circular orbits with spinning particles.
Extended understanding of spin dynamics in curved spacetime.
Abstract
We study the behavior of nonzero rest mass spinning test particles moving along circular orbits in the Schwarzschild spacetime in the case in which the components of the spin tensor are allowed to vary along the orbit, generalizing some previous work.
