H. Baysal, I. Yilmaz

TL;DR
This paper investigates the conditions under which string fluid spacetimes in general relativity admit specific Ricci collineation vectors, revealing new geometric constraints related to timelike and spacelike symmetries.
Contribution
It derives necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of timelike and spacelike Ricci collineation vectors in string fluid spacetimes.
Findings
Conditions for timelike RCVs parallel to u^a are established.
Conditions for spacelike RCVs parallel to n^a are derived.
Implications for spacetime symmetries in string fluid models are discussed.
Abstract
We study the consequences of the existence of timelike and spacelike Ricci collineation vectors (RCVs) for string fluid in the context of general relativity. Necessary and sufficient conditions are derived for a space-time with string fluid to admit a timelike RCV, parallel to , and a spacelike RCV, parallel to . In these cases, some results obtained are discussed.
