Lorentz Violations and Euclidean Signature Metrics
J. Fernando Barbero G., Eduardo J. S. Villase\~nor

TL;DR
This paper explores how certain effective actions related to Lorentz invariance violations can also describe pure General Relativity with Euclidean signature, revealing new insights into Lorentz invariance preservation.
Contribution
It identifies a class of models within existing effective actions that correspond to Euclidean signature General Relativity and discusses generalized Lorentz invariance preservation.
Findings
Some models represent pure Euclidean signature General Relativity.
Certain actions preserve Lorentz invariance in a generalized sense.
The study links Lorentz violation models to Euclidean signature metrics.
Abstract
We show that the families of effective actions considered by Jacobson et al. to study Lorentz invariance violations contain a class of models that represent pure General Relativity with Euclidean signature. We also point out that some members of this family of actions preserve Lorentz invariance in a generalized sense.
