TL;DR
This paper investigates the global geometric properties of a rotating black string spacetime by analyzing loop variables, parallel transport, and Mandelstam relations, providing insights into its structure and symmetries.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed analysis of loop variables and parallel transport in a rotating black string background, extending the understanding of its geometric and topological features.
Findings
Classification of global properties via Wilson loops
Verification of Mandelstam relations in this spacetime
Identification of particular closed orbits
Abstract
In this paper we analyze in the Wilson loop context the parallel transport of vectors and spinors around a closed loop in the background space-time of a rotating black string in order to classify its global properties. We also examine particular closed orbits in this space-time and verify the Mandelstam relations.
