A comparison of search templates for gravitational waves from binary inspiral - 3.5PN update
Thibault Damour, Bala R. Iyer, B.S. Sathyaprakash

TL;DR
This paper updates previous gravitational wave search templates with recent 3.5PN phasing formulas, correcting earlier misprints and improving the accuracy of binary inspiral signal detection.
Contribution
It provides an updated set of search templates incorporating the latest 3.5PN results and corrects previous misprints in the foundational formulas.
Findings
Updated phasing formulas for binary inspiral gravitational waves.
Improved accuracy of search templates for gravitational wave detection.
Correction of misprints in earlier published formulas.
Abstract
Phasing formulas in a recent paper of ours' (Phys. Rev. D 63, 044023-1 (2001) are updated taking into account the recent 3.5PN results. Some misprints in the published version of the recent paper are also corrected.
