Energy and Momentum of a Class of Rotating Gravitational Waves
M. Sharif (Hanyang University)

TL;DR
This paper calculates the energy and momentum of a specific class of rotating gravitational waves using established prescriptions, extending previous results for cylindrical gravitational waves.
Contribution
It introduces a method to evaluate energy and momentum for rotating gravitational waves, generalizing earlier findings for non-rotating cylindrical waves.
Findings
Energy and momentum expressions reduce to known cylindrical wave results
Rotating gravitational waves' energy and momentum are successfully computed
The approach confirms consistency with existing literature
Abstract
We calculate energy and momentum for a class of cylindrical rotating gravitational waves using Einstein and Papapetrou's prescriptions. It is shown that the results obtained are reduced to the special case of the cylindrical gravitational waves already available in the literature.
