Naked Singularity Explosion
Tomohiro Harada, Hideo Iguchi, and Ken-ichi Nakao

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that during the formation of a naked singularity from dust collapse, explosive radiation is emitted, revealing new insights into the energetic processes involved.
Contribution
It introduces the finding that naked singularity formation is accompanied by explosive radiation emission, a novel aspect of gravitational collapse studies.
Findings
Explosive radiation occurs during naked singularity formation.
Naked singularities can form from physically reasonable initial conditions.
The process involves significant energetic emissions.
Abstract
It is known that the gravitational collapse of a dust ball results in naked singularity formation from an initial density profile which is physically reasonable. In this paper, we show that explosive radiation is emitted during the formation process of the naked singularity.
