Vladimir S. Manko, Eckehard W. Mielke, Jos\'e D. Sanabria-G\'omez

TL;DR
This paper presents a new exact solution to Einstein-Maxwell equations that models the exterior gravitational and electromagnetic field of rotating neutron stars, applicable to both slow and rapid rotations.
Contribution
It introduces a four-parameter class of rational function solutions that accurately describe the exterior fields of rotating neutron stars with magnetic fields.
Findings
Provides an exact, rational-function based solution for neutron star exteriors.
Applicable to both slow and rapid rotation scenarios.
Enhances modeling accuracy of neutron star electromagnetic fields.
Abstract
A four-parameter class of exact asymptotically flat solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell equations involving only rational functions is presented. It is able to describe the exterior field of a slowly or rapidly rotating neutron star with poloidal magnetic field.
