Finite energy Seiberg-Witten moduli spaces on 4-manifolds bounding Seifert fibrations
Liviu I. Nicolaescu

TL;DR
This paper discusses the properties of finite energy Seiberg-Witten moduli spaces on 4-manifolds bounded by Seifert fibrations, with corrections to previous results and insights into the Casson invariant of Brieskorn spheres.
Contribution
It corrects earlier errors in the study of Seiberg-Witten moduli spaces and provides new observations on the Casson invariant for Brieskorn homology spheres.
Findings
Errors in previous Seiberg-Witten moduli space analysis corrected
Topological conclusions remain unaffected
New observations on Casson invariant of Brieskorn spheres
Abstract
We corrected a few errors in the previous submission. These do not affect any of the topological conclusions of the earlier version. We have also included a few observations about the Casson invariant of the Brieskorn homology spheres.
