P. Nefyodov, V. Reztsov, O. Riabinina

TL;DR
This paper models the nonstationary formation of inhomogeneous charged particle structures during electrodiffusion, using mathematical simulations to analyze their distribution and dynamics in two dimensions.
Contribution
It introduces a mathematical model for nonstationary inhomogeneous charged particle structures considering velocities in electrodiffusion.
Findings
Distribution patterns of charged particles under ambipolar diffusion
Effects of velocities on structure formation
Two-dimensional modeling results
Abstract
In this paper the distribution of charged particles is constructed under the approximation of ambipolar diffusion. The results of mathematical modelling in two-dimensional case taking into account the velocities of the system are presented.
