Speeding Up Computer Simulations: The Transition Observable Method
M.Kastner, J.D.Munoz, M.Promberger

TL;DR
The paper introduces a novel observable that significantly accelerates computer simulations of statistical systems without altering the existing simulation algorithms.
Contribution
A new observable is proposed that enables orders-of-magnitude speed-up in statistical system simulations while keeping the simulation algorithm unchanged.
Findings
Achieved large speed-up factors in simulations.
Maintained the original simulation algorithms.
Validated the method on statistical systems.
Abstract
A method is presented which allows for a tremendous speed-up of computer simulations of statistical systems by orders of magnitude. This speed-up is achieved by means of a new observable, while the algorithm of the simulation remains unchanged.
