TL;DR
This paper provides direct evidence of diagonal stripe order in Bi2212 superconductors through ARPES, revealing asymmetric spectral weight suppression at the Fermi surface around M points, which impacts understanding of electronic structure.
Contribution
It introduces direct ARPES evidence for diagonal stripes in Bi2212, highlighting their role in spectral weight suppression at specific Fermi surface locations.
Findings
Asymmetric spectral weight suppression observed at M points.
Direct evidence for diagonal stripe order in Bi2212.
Implications for electronic structure understanding.
Abstract
Here we report an asymmetric suppresion of spectral weight at the Fermi surface around the M points using angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy. The results provide direct evidence for diagonal stripes in the Bi2212 superconductors.
