Oleg Derzhko, Johannes Richter

TL;DR
This paper provides an exact analytical solution for the thermodynamic properties of a disordered spin-1/2 transverse XY chain with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, focusing on the density of states and magnetization.
Contribution
It extends previous models by including Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and derives exact expressions for the averaged density of states.
Findings
Exact calculation of the averaged density of states.
Analytical expressions for transverse magnetization.
Insights into the effects of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on disordered chains.
Abstract
We extend the consideration of the spin-1/2 transverse XY chain with correlated Lorentzian disorder (Phys. Rev. B {\bf 55,} 14298 (1997)) for the case of additional Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interspin interaction. It is shown how the averaged density of states can be calculated exactly. Results are presented for the density of states and the transverse magnetization.
