Ya. M. Blanter, A. D. Mirlin, and B. A. Muzykantskii

TL;DR
This paper investigates the statistical properties of energy levels and eigenfunctions in a ballistic system with diffusive surface scattering using a ballistic sigma-model approach.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of the ballistic sigma-model to analyze surface scattering effects on quantum billiards.
Findings
Calculated two-level correlation function and level number variance.
Analyzed correlation function of wavefunction intensities.
Determined inverse participation ratio for the system.
Abstract
Statistical properties of energy levels and eigenfunctions in a ballistic system with diffusive surface scattering are investigated. The two-level correlation function, the level number variance, the correlation function of wavefunction intensities, and the inverse participation ratio are calculated.
