Magnetic Field Inversion in Vortices in Multilayers
Stavros Theodorakis, Epameinondas Leontidis

TL;DR
This paper investigates dense vortex lattices in highly anisotropic multilayers under high magnetic fields, revealing that magnetic field inversion can occur away from vortex centers when layers are sufficiently spaced.
Contribution
It introduces the phenomenon of magnetic field inversion in vortices within multilayers, a novel insight into vortex behavior in anisotropic superconducting structures.
Findings
Magnetic field inversion occurs away from vortex centers.
Inversion depends on layer spacing and anisotropy.
Dense vortex lattices exhibit unique magnetic properties.
Abstract
We present a description of very dense vortex lattices in highly anisotropic multilayers, for high fields parallel to the layers. We show that a magnetic field inversion can occur away from the center of a vortex, provided the layers are sufficiently far apart.
