Comment on ``One-Dimensional Disordered Bosonic Hubbard Model: A Density-Matrix Renormalization Group Study"
Nikolai Prokof'ev, Boris Svistunov

TL;DR
This paper investigates the phase diagram of a one-dimensional disordered bosonic Hubbard model using Monte Carlo simulations, revealing significant discrepancies with previous findings in the literature.
Contribution
It provides a revised phase diagram based on continuous-time worldline Monte Carlo simulations, challenging earlier results obtained by other methods.
Findings
The phase diagram differs markedly from previous studies.
Monte Carlo simulations offer more accurate insights into the model.
The study clarifies the nature of phases in the disordered bosonic Hubbard model.
Abstract
We present the phase diagram of the system obtained by continuous-time worldline Monte Carlo simulations, and demonstrate that the actual phase diagram is in sharp contrast with that found in Phys. Rev. Lett., 76 (1996) 2937.
