V.Celebonovic ( Inst.of Physics,Beograd,Yugoslavia)

TL;DR
This paper calculates the chemical potential of an electron gas on a one-dimensional lattice using the Hubbard model, aiming to inform studies of transport in quasi-one-dimensional organic conductors.
Contribution
It provides a theoretical determination of the chemical potential within the discrete Hubbard model for one-dimensional systems.
Findings
Chemical potential derived for 1D electron gas
Application to organic conductor transport properties
Framework for future theoretical and experimental studies
Abstract
The chemical potential of the electron gas on a one-dimensional lattice is determined within the discrete Hubbard model. The result will have applications in studies of transport properties of quasi one-dimensional organic conductors such as the Bechgaard salts.
